Rebecca Driscoll is our absolutely indispensable Communications Assistant. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) and Bachelor of Business (Tourism) and has been working in the not-for-profit sector since 2007. She’s passionate about working with young Deaf people to realise their potential, which she does through her work with Hear For You, a mentoring organisation for Deaf teenagers. Rebecca became Deaf when she was two, after contracting meningitis. She’s bilingual (she speaks and signs), and has worn a cochlear implant for over 25 years.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family – husband James and their rescue dog, Nita.
