Archibald Prize 2016
Australia’s favourite art award, and one of its most prestigious, The Archibald Prize 2016, is now accessible with Auslan or captions via OpenAccess Tours.
The Archibald Prize is awarded to the best portrait painting, and who’s who of Australian culture – from politicians to celebrities, sporting heroes to artists since 1921. The People’s Choice category was established in 1988 and the winner is voted in by the public attending the Archibald exhibition at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
The exhibition will tour Australia between 14 October 2016 and 20 August 2017, so check when the tour is coming to your area, and download OpenAccess Tours for access.
